Meet Juan Montoya!

Juan serves as a House Manager with Freedom Through Education and is preparing to transition into a Case Manager role. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Juan earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication and brings a diverse professional background that includes customer service, house management, and dog training. Through these experiences, he has developed strong skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and building meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life.

Juan is especially passionate about serving his community and supporting individuals as they work toward stability, growth, and positive change. At Freedom Through Education, he hopes to use his education, experience, and compassion to empower others, create lasting connections, and be a dependable source of support throughout each person’s journey. For Juan, this work is about helping people move forward while contributing to a community rooted in service, opportunity, and growth.
